My crazy sanitation story.....

All of a sudden I see a sanitation man get out of his car with a ticket & he's walking toward my house. No i know that my garbage was fine. The garbage men took it all and I put the pails back already.?

Anyway, I rush outside onto my porch and all my neighbors are standing outside to see what's going on. They came to my rescue! My new neighbors had their recycling out, the garbage men hadn't taken it because it wasn't separated and it was pulled back very close to my gate. So my other neighbors let the ticket giver know it wasn't mine.

Someone actually called the city and gave them my address!! Anyway, I think they must've gotten the address wrong. No one likes the new neighbor's car. He has a dual exhaust really loud car. When he revs his engine, all the car alarms on the block go off. He does it all the time and it drives us all nuts. ?

I'm sure no one has asked him to be a little more considerate with his engine. So I may just have to let them know that folks on the block are getting a little cranky about it. Especially on this block. If you start off on the wrong foot with our neighbors.... you're done for. LOL Everyone on this block is really close knit.?

The new couple seems really nice. They're young and just got married. They have the upstairs apt in their house.?

    That's good that people stood up for you!  Annoying neighbors are tough - you want to be mean but then they know where you live and how to tick you off.
