Prayers needed
You may remember me telling you about our friends who got pg after the DH had lost his job, and her being a SAHM. Well, he still doesn't have a permanent job, but luckily has been getting alot of side work so they've been getting by on that and unemployment.
They have 2 little girls, and found out yesterday that they are having a little boy! But he also has some markers for Down's Syndrome. I don't know alot of the details, but I'm pretty sure the only thing they've done is the basic 20 week u/s. So they are coming here for more testing. I'm not sure if it's an amnio or what. I don't know if she had quad screening, but I doubt it since they're on Medicaid.
So if you would please keep them in your thoughts while they have the additional testing. And also that the DH will find a job soon where they can get good insurance, especially if they're going to have a special needs child.

I'll say a little prayer for them. It has been my experience that a lot of times couples can be given a false positive diagnosis for Down's. I'm hoping this is the case for them as well.
Mine too, so that's what we're praying for. I'm sure she hasn't had any other screenings because they would have had to pay for them. Maybe we should speak via email
