    When I have done them they have been accurate for me. Of course remember they predict ovulation not confirm. You need to temp too if you want to confirm. If you are okay with the guess then go for it!

    They don't work for me. I have yet to get a +++OPK, but I know I am ovulating.

    I have used them in the past, but have irregular cycles.  I actually just bought the CBEFM, hopefully this will be better for me.
