and I felt a couple of sharp places. So I looked at her gums, and sure enough I saw three different tiny white spots.. I can't believe she is already teething!

I put some orajel on her gums, how often should I do this? I didn't see on the directions how often.

Also is there anything else I can do to help with teething?

I would not do the orajel. I think I read that it can numb your LO's throat and make swallowing and breathing hard. If she's not crying and freaking out from teething, I wouldn't give her anything! If she is, then give her baby Tylenol and a cold teether.
