i just have to rave!  i decided to go ahead and start them this month...and i LOVE THEM!!  and i'm kicking myself for not starting them sooner.

i feel like i totally have more energy.  it's a small pill..once a day...and even has cute flowers on the capsule. :-)

i showed them to my Dr....and she is really impressed with them.  she loves how they are broken down by trimester for the specific needs of the babe and mommy.

    But I haven't had a bump up in energy.  I've also been sick, though, but it would be nice for that energy boost to kick in.

    I remember you talking about these before, your friend developed them right? I'm glad you like them, I think it's so smart that they are broken down too, I'll have to look into them myself!

    yes do!  i'm really happy with them.  and so is my neighbor who is 12 weeks along..
