VENT-i hate my vet's office

My vet is a friend (who is now on maternity leave).  My cat has a growth, which another vet tested on Monday.  Today the growth is bleeding where they took the sample -- they just put a needle in so it's just bleeding a little but i called the office and i've been waiting all day for them to call back.  i called again at 3:30 and was told the Dr is very busy today but our file is on top.  blaa blaa blaa  so i will be switching vets soon.

sorry for the vent that has nothing to do with babies...i just wish i could take my cat to my pediatrician.

    I'm sorry you have had this experience.  I am a vet, so it frustrates me to hear about people getting poor service from other vets.  I always try to call clients back right away b/c I know how frustrating it is when my Dr. doesn't call me back.  Is your friend a vet at this office?

    yes, my friend works at this office and she's the only reason we go there.  some of the staff is rude sometimes--like the receptionists.  my friend is great and always calls back quickly.  i understand that they're busy but my cat is BLEEDING!  (i stuck a little bandage over it for now...poor kitty!)
