Anyone have a nap nanny?

It was recommended to us for J since he spits up the second we lay him flat, so I ordered one. ?I was looking for some reviews by real people though.

    Our spit up problems were solved when we just put a pillow under one end of the mattress to elevate it. That is, until she became quasi-mobile and started barrel-rolling from the high end to the low end. Ha!

    Nap Nanny looks cozy though!

    No experience with the nap nanny.  But I would love to know if they make it in larger sizes.  I bet I could sleep for days in that thing!
