So I really have to do this for 30 days? Can't I just like, get surgery or something? lol!
With all the talk of it on here I was expecting to want to die, but actually it wasn't too horrible. Although I did have to cheat and take a couple little breathers. And I don't have weights yet, so that made it a ton easier I'm sure.
I hope I can stick with this!

I'm mentally preparing myself for the day when I start this. I just noticed on our On Demand that I have this for free which I'm psyched about. Glad to hear it's not "horrible".
What size weights do they recommend? I have 3s and 5s, but nothing higher. Am I going to need more?
you will NOT need any bigger weights than 3s and 5s. i started with 5s, but after a week or two i decided they were too heavy, and switched to 3s. i find that i actually get a better workout with the 3s, since i don't get so exhausted. i'll go back to the 5s at some point. (there are certain moves that are no problems with the 5s, but some that were really exhausting with them.)
