Today is 12 dpo I took a hpt this morning and got a BFN...my temp is still up and the only af symptoms I have are my breast are swollen and tender...I wish I would just start spotting so I can move on... (venting a little sorry)

I know that I could still get a bfp...so here is my question.  My breast became tender and sore at 9dpo...they stay sore and swollen during the day and until I go to bed...when I wake up in the morning they are back to normal size and aren't as sore but within 1 hour they are swollen again and sore...has this happened to anyone else?  I normally have tender and swollen breast as af symptoms but not this kind of on and off thing...

    I kind of had the same thing as you. I had soreness mostly in the nips starting about 7 or 8 dpo...I thought I was having phantom symptoms. It mostly hurt when I put my bra on or off....like I rubbed with sandpaper or something. There were slightly bigger, but I thought it might have to do with O or AF coming. I tested at 12dpo...and it was BFN. I relaxed a day, had a couple margaritas the next night, and tested again on 14dpo and got my BFP.

    I am in the same boat. I tested yesterday and got a BFN. But no AF.

    Have you had a lot of salty food? My boobs swell when I do, like when I eat out in a restaurant. Vitamin E capsules (orally) help with the swelling and tenderness (but I do not know if they are safe for TTC, I don't use them much anymore).

    MrsCarroll...thanks for giving me hope sometimes seeing all the 9 and 10 dpo bfp's makes you feel like that is when it always happens
