Oooo! This really burns my buns!

My office threw me a beautiful and incredibly generous shower on Friday. It was just the co-workers in my division though. So I brought in breakfast this morning as my way of saying thank you. I bought just enough for the people who threw me the shower (about 15 people) rather than my entire office (about 35 people). And I set up the food in our division's little area rather than the office's kitchen to make sure others didn't just wander in like vulchers and eat all the food.

Well the loudmouth of the office goes around telling everyone that there's food in this little area and people should "go grab some before it's gone." WTF?! So the people who actually gave a lot of money toward gifts and food for the shower didn't even get to enjoy the breakfast I brought in for them. I'm so mad!

    I would have told them it was a thank you gift for the people that helped with and contributed to the shower.  I'm sorry!  We have vultures in our office too.

    i would have been sooo peesed!!  I would have put the loudmouth in his place and told him shut up and then have HIM go tell everyone else it's just for your division!

    Ughhh office vultures are the worst! I absolutely love to embarrass them.

    Once, I brought in cupcakes and there were enough for each person to get one (and then maybe like 2 extras since we have floater employees). We have 2 notorious Greedy McSelfishsons here, and I saw one of them taking 3 CUPCAKES despite my little note saying "Please only take one so everyone can enjoy!"

    As she was trying to be all covert and walk around to her desk the back way I loudly go "OH - Did you not see my note? Do you realize you just took 2 other people's cupcakes too?"

    She has no shame and still does it but it felt good to make her turn red for a minute :)

    Ugh!  Dickheads. 

    We have a few doctors that raid our break room everytime they come to our floor.  The stuff is for the nursing staff from the patients we cared for, and a lot of them just stick their filthy bare hands into it.  GAH!
