Baby is telling me to stop

in 2nd Trimester
My heart is beating really fast bc of my lame anxiety and all of a sudden I feel a kick. Makes me think the baby is telling me to stop being such a freak!!

    our fire alarm went off at work today just a test but scared the crap out of me and my heart rate went sky rocketing! baby didn't like that or the loud noise im sure i got kicked like 5 times in a row and pretty hard.

    listen to the little one! they know best right now whats good for you!

    Taking deep breaths and hoping for something interesting on the bump. Distractions are always a plus!
