Need prayers/vibes

For a couple of months now Emma has had a swollen lymph node behind her ear. Her pedi wasn't concerned- think it was related to her cradle cap. Well now she has another one swollen in her neck. I discussed this with her pedi today (who I work with)

I have to take her to get blood drawn tonight. I feel so bad about her having to get it. But I guess I'd rather her get it for nothing than to ignore something.   I can probably get the results when I get to work tomorrow morning.

She's not acting sick and so I think she's ok but there's always that dark spot in my brain lurking that I'm trying not to think of. 

So any prayers or good thoughts you have I will welcome =)

    Definitely will be thinking of you.  Seth has a well baby check on Thursday, and I dread it.  Always do  -- I think it's totally natural for moms to always have lurking fear of "something" in the back of our minds.  Please be sure to let us know what they find.

    I hope everything is fine.  I'll say a prayer and think good thoughts for her and you.

    Is the one on her neck at the base of her skull?  Like right below the bone?  Both of my kids had that and it was nothing.

    fwiw, chloe had a swollen lymph node behind her ear too and the pedi said it was related to her bad cradle cap and eczema. it FREAKED ME OUT when i first noticed it and my mind immediately went to the dark place you are referring to.

    keep us posted and i'm sure everythign will be fine. :)

    Emma has cradle cap and we're constantly trying to keep the eczema at bay =) lol

    Yes that was where the first one. Her pedi says that one deals with things of the scalp like her cradle cap. So when this one came up in her neck I was thinking maybe her teething? and I asked him that and he said no teething wouldn't usually cause that one. 

    But hopefully they are nothing. =)
