This may be a stupid question...sorry.
I started my water aerobics class last night and it is pretty intense. Some of the exercises that didn't feel comfortable I didn't do but this is the hardest I have worked out since being pregnant. My doctor said it was ok to do water aerobics but should I call and double check since this is a little more intense then i anticipated? I definitely enjoyed it though. This is my first pregnancy so I don't want to push myself to hard and then harm the baby in any way.

My water aerobics teacher said if you want a more intense workout then move thru the water faster and if you want less intense then go thru it slower. I also thought it was intense at 1st but I have really enjoyed it and I think it feels great to get in the water. But if you're worried about it call you doc.
