BFP Saturday- my symptoms

Hello GP.  You've been very helpful in keeping me sane over these 10 cycles we were TTC.  We got very lucky- I tested Saturday at 16 dpo and I got a clear BFP on my FRER.  Any good thoughts anyone can spare for stickiness is very much appreciated!

Sharing my symptoms with you is the least I can do. 

I had my usual AF symptoms, which for me are cramping for days and sore boobs.

But I also had some unusual-for-me symptoms, including a bachache from my mid to lower back for two days (I don't get backaches usually), and very brief nausea on a couple of mornings as I'd get ready for work.  I also think I had a metallic taste, but part of me thinks I imagined it.  After 9 previous cycles, I'd finally broken myself of reading into every little thing- so these were standouts.

Now that the pregnancy is confirmed, I've had a sore throat when I wake up, and the sore boobs are back.  Not as bad as they sometimes are pre-AF, though.  And I feel cramping here and there, and twinges.

We had lucky timing, with sex the day before and day of ovulation.  I laid on my stomach after sex those two times- figuring it was worth a shot.  I'd been taking prenatals and Vit. D, too.  Otherwise, no opks, no instead, no preseed (though I'd tried them all in the past).
