    Mandee!! HI:) I'm doing alright. I've missed you too! The fam is doing fine. Dd is on April vaca and her and Paul are keeping busy. They went out to lunch today, they are going to a carnival tomorrow and on Friday they plan to go to Vermont and visit the Ben and Jerry's factory (w/o me).

    How are you? When's your next appt?

    what exactly is army night??  is that like a boot camp at the gym or do i just live under a rock, lol.

    Arm-- day lol! I focused on my arms. I can barely lift them. If they had boot camp at the gym I would hide in the corner haha I would not make it through something like that!

    I know the feeling!! I've had a really busy few weeks at work, so some days I've hardly been able to "bump" at all.
