How alike are these

DH runs a small business. He makes parts for miniature games. Today DH got a call from his biggest competitor today complaining that he copied a product.

This part is a gauge.  It's purpose is to measure distance between opponents to determine how they can fight.

The part in question is the "handle" Not the rectangle, but the gear looking part. His competitor wants him to change the design.

    i guess i can see how they would have similar ideas if the theme is gears but honestly i wouldn't be a good judge if they are too similar b/c i would have no idea what other way to design it would be.?

    i do think that he shouldn't have to change his design and that his looks better. Smile?

    Then asking him to change it is just plain stupid.

    Yeah, this guy is a big cry baby and had the balls to tell MH to take down a product because he had something "in the works."

    Those do not look similar enough for someone to throw a shiit fit over it. And I third the idea that your H's is better.
