Note to self: Never get another job that involves children

I am sick again!  My throat and head hurt and I know the runny nose and congestion is on the way.  The kids mom made sure to let me know she didn't think the kid was contagious, but I find it funny I have the same symptoms as him.

Less than a month left at my crummy job!

    aw. that sucks. :( But at least you'll be used to it when you keep catching whatever your baby catches in a few months! Kids and colds are like synonyms or something.

    I know what you mean! Every time I get sneezed on I think how sick they can make me! I hope you're feeling better soon!

    Tell me about it - I feel  your pain.  I started teaching last year and all the other teachers told me that after the first year I would be immune to all the crap the kids had.  I'm towards the end of my second year now and I've been just as sick this year as last (all the time, no sick days left).  When a kid comes up to me in my classroom and says their stomach hurts, I send them to the office right away whether they are faking it or not.

    Feel better!  Get some rest.

    I've been teaching 11 years and I still get sick a lot. ?Some years are worse than others, but there's always a new strain of something to catch!

    ***************************** Our beautiful daughter was born in October 2009. Turns out she was quite the miracle. After two years of TTC, diagnosed with DOR. A couple of failed treatment cycles later, we decided to let go of our hope for more biological children and explore adoption.
