Rear facing in a two door car?

Those with two door cars-- is it physically possible to get your DC in and out in the rear facing position? TIA!

    It was easy as pie with an infant car seat ya know the bucket kind.

    But it was IMPOSSIBLE with the convertible car seat so we bought a brand new 4 door car!!!!

    DH's car is 2 door so DD will be in the infant seat until 1 yr, and we'll start using my car more because I'd prefer to have her RF as long as possible.

    My DD was an inch away from the length limit of the infant seat at 6 months, so she won'l last in it for much longer. I would also like to rear face until she's two...
