Its still very early for you. Some people don't get m/s until a little later. I wouldn't worry yet. I didn't have it. All I've really had is a little tiredness and some queasiness in the 6week. Since then just a little crampiness from time to time.
Don't worry. You might not get anything....or it could be coming. Be happy you're feeling good so far! :-)
I had some mild AF like cramping in the beginning, VERY mild nausea, and not much else. I was worried about the lack of symptoms until I started feeling movement. It can be nerve racking! Turns out, I'm one of the lucky ones. I hope you are too!

You were smart not to post this on 1st tri. You would have been roasted alive.
Many women have zero or very mild symptoms during the first few weeks. Even more tend to disregard symptoms like gas, fatigue, or constipation because you're not sure it's pg related.
I have had mild symptoms and no m/s. It has made me a little nervous but so far so good!
thanks. i didn't post on 1st b/c i have seen them get annoyed by these questions. I also love posting on GP--the girls on here are so helpful and nice.

I don't really have any yet either, had cramping last week and sore BB's felt a little nauseaus yesterday but overall nothing really. But we have lots of time for those to kick in.
Shannonlea...want to say Congrats to you. You are only like 2 days ahead of me. Your doctor saw you already--I heard that my doctor probably won't see me until at least 6 weeks.

You're only 4 weeks pregnant. At 4 weeks, I didn't even have a clue that I was pregnant (wasn't charting) and was still expecting AF. I had cramps and sore boobs and that was it - totally expected AF to show. I wasn't even all that tired. My pregnancy symptoms didn't really kick in until around 6 weeks and then I was a little more tired, found myself getting winded more easily, and had some nausea off and on. All of which is still the case. My boobs are still tender but don't hurt nearly as badly as they did a few weeks ago.
None of these are smack-you-in-the-face, sterotypical movie or sitcom-style pregnancy symtpoms, though. Most of the time, I feel pretty normal. Just every once in a while, I might feel a bit hungover or like I'm coming down with something. Just relax and try not to worry. I know it's easier said than done.

I only got betas because I am seeing an RE and will get my first ultra sound at 7 weeks but only because I was on Clomid. If they see you at 6 weeks, thats really good. Only a couple weeks to go!

I had cramping and tender breasts/nips right away.
Some people (my mom for example) experienced absolutely NO symptoms with any of her 3 pregnancies. At all. She says the only symptom she had was her belly getting bigger (and no AF of course).
I didn't think I had any symptoms early on, but in retrospect, I could see there were a few. ?I started getting more typical symptoms around week 6.?

Our beautiful daughter was born in October 2009. Turns out she was quite the miracle. After two years of TTC, diagnosed with DOR. A couple of failed treatment cycles later, we decided to let go of our hope for more biological children and explore adoption.

Re: For the GP mamas
You're still really early. I didn't have any symptoms--not even sore boobies--until about 6 weeks. Even then, my first tri was relatively easy.
Embrace the symptom-free time! The only thing you should worry about is cramping mixed with spotting.

a little AF-like cramping, and that was it... until 8-9 weeks when the m/s showed it's lovely face.
i would enjoy this easy part while you are still able.

Oh, and Shan and Lovfer rock my world.
I still don't have any symptoms, other than tired and the occassional sore nipples!!!
All the CM is what made me test though!

Between 4 and 6 weeks was a breeze other than sore boobs. Six weeks was the start of the storm.
