Mother day card while you're pregnant?

My cousin is pregnant and not due for 5 more months, I really want to send her a Mother's day card but I just want to get everyone's opinion on this first. A friend told me it wasn't a good idea since she hasn't had the baby yet, but I still feel like its a nice and simple gesture.

 

Thoughts?

    I think it's sweet. But that's probably b/c I'm kind of an AW and would want to be given one if I was KU on Mother's Day.

    This and they also have expectant father cards for Father's Day. I gave one to my brother when they were waiting for their first.

    They have "for the mom-to-be" cards at Hallmark.  I got one the year I was pg with DS from my mom.  It's in his baby book.  I thought it was so sweet of her to recognize me that way, even though my little one wasn't there yet.

    I've also given them to other friends that were mommies- to- be in the past.

    A few people gave me cards last year and I though tit was really sweet. Go for it.

    I would consider it sweet, as most pregnant women already consider themselves mothers (you are doing a lot to take care of the fetus after all).?

    Last year I gave one to all of my pregnant friends.  I plan to do the same this year.
