Where to buy underwear for super small toddlers?

I was in Target today and the smallest size they carry if size 4 (at least that I saw)...and it was for 33 lbs and up. Ryan is prob 21ish lbs.....do they make underwear for someone that size?

    The smallest I've found is 2T.  We got them at Target.  Maybe they were just out when you were there looking?

    DD is 26.5 lbs and wears a 2T/3T.  I've bought underwear at Walmart and Target.  DS is 35 lbs and also wears a 2T/3T and also has 4T.

    I got Sam 2T-3T, but he's a pretty big boy.  My mom bought him size 4T, which are big, but stay up just fine.  I would try the 2T-3T though.  When they're first learning, its hard for them to get their underwear up and down on their own and if its a little big, its a lot easier.

    I've bought size 2 underwear at Target.  I foget the exact weight range, but it's definitely under 27lbs.  Maybe your store was just out of stock.

    They also sell them at babyGap starting at 2-3 yrs.

    Thanks, ladies. Maybe I was looking in the wrong section. I was in the 'boys' section...I didn't see any in the baby section. Are you talking about the aisle where the 'onsies' are and stuff...like a couple rows down from the diapers...is that where I should be looking?? (assuming all Targets are set up the same)

    love love love these! They come in xxs. We have both kinds for both kids. They are thick and comfy!

    Yes.  Right next to the baby socks and soft soled baby shoes.  They also have training pants in that area.

    I buy ds Calvin Klein briefs in 2T/3T at TJ Maxx. They fit skinny boys way better than anything else that I've found. All of the other underwear I've found is super baggy in the butt on ds.

    We got them at The Children's Place. They were less there than Target (and cuter!).
