Before I got pregnant, I ate a frozen dinner (like weight watchers) every day. I am still eating them but I know they are not the best option. They have never kept me full very long so its even worse now that I am eating for two. So what does everyone do for lunch? I don't have a lot of prep time in the morning and I think its too expensive to eat out every day.
Any ideas?
Re: What do you all eat for lunch?
I pack my lunch the night before.... today i had baby carrots and grapes - Yogurt for snack.
I used to eat the frozen dinners too!
I picked up applesauces and puddings to eat on my shorter breaks or at my desk and I will try to bring whatever sounds good with me to work. sometimes the dinners I grab once I make them I have no choice but to throw them out anyway. I now have a stash of options in my cubby -Ramen noodles, lunchables, cans of soup, I have a little supply to hopefully suffice me. I hope you can find something for you!

you could still eat the same things and just have additional steamed vegetables and fruit between your meals -that adds up to the extra 300 calories you are suppose to have.
remember that you are really not suppose to eat for 2.. you really are eating for one and a baby.
The hardes part is cravings.. so try to stock up on veggies and fruit.
