I am STILL waiting on my DVD to get here, so I looked it up on YouTube. I know there are 3 levels, but here is the way I am finding it on there.
Level 1, Part 1
Level 1, Part 2
Level 1, Part 3
And all are about 10 minutes. I thought that it was a 20 minute workout? So do I do all 3 of these the first day? That's fine, I just want to be sure.
I want to do it in the right sequence!
