Discard temp ?

I woke up to temp on Saturday morning and my temp was 96.90 down from 97.69 the day before.  We slept with windows open on Friday night and it got really cold and our house was 50* by the time we got up on Saturday.  My question is, could the house being so cold have affected my temp that much?  Our house is normally about 65-70*.

Stalk my chart if you wish!  I have discarded the temp because I'm certain I o'd when FF says I did and if I don't discard the temp she doesn't give me CH.

Re: Discard temp ?

  • That Saturday temp does seem very off.  I would leave it discarded and hopefully this week's temps will stay up!!  I do agree with you that I think you O'd on the day FF is saying.  GL!!

  • I had a similar situation with the house being really hot. What I ended up doing (after some great advice from GP) was checking the "sleep deprived" box and getting an open circle. But I really debated just throwing out the temp.

  • Yes, it can definitely make a significant change to your temp.  I'd probable discard too.  In the future, even though I love sleeping with the windows open, I'd probably avoid doing things in the house that will drastically change the normal temp.

Believe me, if we would have known the house was going to get that cold, we would've shut the windows.  It got colder that night than what the forcast said it was going to.  Stick out tongue  What do the weather people know anyway?!?
