Has everyone experienced BH? If you have when did they start? I've read they can start pretty early.... I haven't felt one single thing even close to a contraction.... although I am only 34 weeks...
I wouldn't say I'm "late" 3rd tri but I've had BH since about 28w. You may not even recognize that you're having them (if you are). Do you ever get a feeling of tightness that fades within 20-30 seconds or so?
I didn't at all. In fact, I felt my first contractions last night (at 40 weeks). It all depends on what your body is doing...and mine is doing nothing, haha.

I have had them since very early on and they were timeable at 28 weeks. I went in for monitoring but they turned out to just be an irritable uterus. They are not very fun when you get them all day long....

Nope. I havent felt a thing.... maybe some very light cramping now and then... but thats it.
I think it really varies. I feel them at least twice a week and have been feeling them since week 26 or something like that. I def don't drink as much water as I should and I've been told that hydration plays a role.
I started getting them early, maybe around 20 weeks or so? They have definitely gotten more uncomfortable as I've gotten further, but I wouldn't say painful.
Sometimes they feel like the baby is just pressing really hard into my abdomen, my entire abdomen hardens up and stays that way for a minute or two.

I am so glad to see I am not the only one with a odd body, Like you I just felt my first one on the "40 weeks" mark & since then I have maybe felt one a day
Re: Late third tri girls...
I've had Braxton HIcks but no regular contractions.
?
?
I'm not sure when I felt the first BH, but it kinda felt like a blood pressure cuff being lightly tightened around my belly.?
Mine started at 28 weeks and got so bad that I had what's considered an irritable uterus and got put on meds to stop them.

I'm considering myself a late 3rd tri-er.
I've only experienced a small handful of NH (5 or less) but, I have been having real contractions for the past week.
