6 failed clomid/femara/TI cycles, 1 failed clomid/ovidrel/IUI cycle
Successful Cycle: 5/12/11 - 1000mg Metformin + 100mg Clomid(late response) + TI = BFP
2/13/12 - We proudly welcomed our daughter, Hadley Teresa!

Was this your first baby shower? That sounds like a blast! I hope you got the stuff you really wanted. My poor sister-in-law received blankets from almost every person at her first shower!
I'm trying to stay calm. Bed rest is getting old, and it's only been 3 days. It's supposed to rain every day this week, so that should make it easier. I'm still waiting for the Dr. to set up the appointment with the high risk OB in Indianapolis. Hopefully by the time they do the level 2 u/s my amniotic fluid will show an improvement.

Hang in there, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Keep on your docs to get things set up for you in a timley matter. Doctors can be bad about that. Good luck, and enjoy staying in during the rainy week. Hope you are back on your feet soon!
Thanks ladies. It means a lot to have a place to "go" and feel supported. Looks like I'll be around a lot in the next couple of days!
We are canceling our cruise today and hopefully the will give us credit for a future cruise. Otherwise, we'll lose 50% of the cost. Totally worth it though. It's crazy to think none of this would have been detected if I hadn't had any spotting (which turned out to be nothing). The stupid u/s tech at my Dr.s office didn't measure my fluid when we had our big u/s. She just marked it "looked ok" and left is at that. I would love to slap her silly right now.

Isn't it crazy when things happen like that? It's like your body was trying to tell you to go see a doctor, so it had to do something drastic to catch your attention. That is ridiculous about that u/s tech - I think she should be reprimanded or something. That seems like something she should be looking for.
hey sare, just commented on your blog. wanted to say hi here. on a positive note, the level two ultra sound is SO amazing, you'll see a lot more detail than a regular one shows

God does amazing things huh? Especially since the bleeding was the only thing that sent you to the dr. And it turned out to be nothing. I think that's a good sign that he plans on this baby surviving. Since not much else would have sent you to the dr to make them pay attention. If it had been cramping or something they probably would have said "oh it's normal" and sent you home.
Good luck hun. you're in my prayers. Sucks about the cruise, but a disney one with baby in tow should be fun too!

The baby moves a lot! The morning we went into the hospital she wasn't moving as much, and the day before I was on my feet all day and barely felt her. I was so scared there wouldn't be a heartbeat.
I never thought I would be so happy to have bleeding in the second tri. The doctor said it was probably a busted blood vessel from walking so much the day before. It really was a blessing!
I can't believe you are already 14 weeks!
