I don't tested until 15DPO so I don't have to go through starring at a BFN and with AF its disapointing the first day but after a day or so I get out of the gloom and become hopeful of the next cycle.
I'm not sure how long you have been ttc but generally the thought of a better shot the next month worked...Along with ice cream and a few vodka tonics.

I would have to agree, although I like any vodka based beverage.
That and the thought that it just wasn't in the cards for us yet.
It's rough. Honestly I cried and was a b!tch for two days. Prolly PMS, but I am sure my attitude didn't help. I was SO sure that I was KU and had a million "symptoms".
So I had some wine and few cocktails during AF, which was a first since January (March was our first cycle ttc). Then I got over it and started preparing for this cycle.
I am sorry you didn't get your BFP this time around. Take care of yourself. And just know that you're not alone. It will happen.
I tell myself that its not my time yet. I think that this gives my DH and I time to save more money and to better ourselves for baby. Plus I think about the normal sleep I will get for the next month.

1. Cry
2. Drink wine.
3. Remind myself there are many women who try for YEARS to get pregnant so I should get over it.
4. Focus on the next cycle.
