Is white tongue common with BF babies?

I can not try and wipe it off, my husband scraped it with his fingers.

    my lo has a white tongue. I was worried at first that it was thrush but his pedi said he doesn't have it. I believe thrush is more patchy and present in the mouth and throat.

    yep, according to my Pedi, it's just BM =)  he said I'd know if it's thrush because it'd be clearly visible on bottom inside of lip/gums/sides of his mouth...
