oats vs. oatmeal for milk supply

Are oats just as good for milk supply as oatmeal, or is there something specific about oatmeal? Thanks!

    I don't think there is anything specific about oatmeal. In general though, the less processed the better. So, steel cut oats over rolled, etc.
