picking a boy name CANT be this hard!

I'm sooo frusterated. DH and I can't agree on anything! We have till September but I don't want to put this off, since we are having such a hard time. We want something different, and not too long since our last name is long. I've been to every damn baby site, seen all the suggestions on here..and I don't like anything. The names I love, husband is like NO NO NO to all of them :( I'm so upset, I feel sick to my stomach. We thought we were having a girl and already had her name and everything, now that it's a boy, it changed everything.

I just can't believe it's this damn hard. Out of all the names in the damn planet, and stupid gamer nerd husband doesn't like any of them. These are the ones I like:

Julian

Lucas

Lance

and that's pretty much it. All names look the same to me. I just feel so overwhelmed :(

    Picking out boy names are so much harder than girls! haha it's really unfortunate, I feel the same, they all look the same!

    What about:

    Logan

    Thomas

    Landon

    Liam

    Our baby is Lex Logan after comic book characters. My advice to you is to pick out names from something that you both love. For example if you like the same TV show or the same movie get ideas from that. I like Lucas the best from your list. Now pair that with another name you like. Lucas Walker (like Luke Skywalker only not so out there) or Lucas James. Lucas Michael or Lucas Chase.

    My nephew's name is Lucas Allen(mothers maiden name). I think is really cute.

    Even though we are still in the  TTC phase I have been looking at names, the girl name is already decided but have a feeling it will take nine months to pick out a boy name.

    Believe me, I know exactly how you feel. Every name I choose DH hates or has a problem with.

    I see Lucas everyday on here so it seems to be getting very, very popular. I like Julian. My IL's were going to name their next son Julian, but they decided not to have more children. It's a nice name you don't hear everyday. Lance is my dad's name. On the phone people never seem to understand what he's saying and he always has to spell it out. Just something to think about. It definitely is uncommon if that's what you're going for.?

    Okay, I told DH that he can pick the middle name and I'll pick the first. I can't shake Lucas, and he wants Raistlen for a middle name (pronounced Raist-Len). It's a stupid character on dungeons and dragons, for those who have nerd husbands like me.

    He hates Lucas but I told him let it grow on him. God I hope it grows on him! I don't like any other name other than that one! Wish me luck!

    We like Broderick and Rowan... But we're not doing either, one has bad initials (BJ) and the other is our nephews name.
