Creative "nightlight" ideas??

Last time, we had white Christmas lights strung around the boy's room to make nighttime diaper changes/feedings nice but not brightly lit.  I'm looking for a creative idea for this time around.  Her room is pink, with three giant daisies painted on the wall, and her bedding will coordinate.  Any suggestions?  Do those of you with Chinese Paper lantern things actually have lights in them?  Thanks for any good ideas!

  • When I was in college lights in various shapes were always for sale. I'm sure they made daisy one's. Maybe Delias has them -- if that store still exists.?

  • I'm not sure how well it will work as a nightlight, but we got one of those Twilight Ladybugs - they also have Twilight Turtles. They project stars onto the ceiling and give off some light and look just like a stuffed animal decoration when not turned on.?
  • We have the Twilight Turtle. Its really cute.

I have seen some ladies do some really cute stuff with those decorate them yourself night light shades ( I want to say they got them at Walmart or Joanne's). You could glue some silk daisies all over it. I imagine it would block the light from the shade part but still shine light from the top and bottom. You could also get a fat quarter or a scrap of fabric that matches your nursery and glue that to one of those shades then glue some trim around the edges.
