this is what i thought, antonina doesn't make sense. elisa is ok i guess but i don't like the ending of it with antonia, it all runs together.

Elisa is nice, but I prefer Elise. I'm not a fan of Antonia, but since it's a family name I like it.?

Elisa is my Goddaughter's name & I really like it. Very unique, I have never met another one. I don't like it shortened though - I don't think it really lends itself well. I like the name Ellie, but not as nn for Elisa.

They both end in an "ah" sound, which can be okay together, but it depends on your last name. Does your italian last name end in "ah?"

I think some people pronounce Elisa E-Lisa and some like Alyssa. I have met both types. I prefer E-Lisa. I like the family name thing.

it's very pretty. I would stick with it.
