That's pretty funny. I remember none. Remind me again why I am spending all of this money to create this cool space for my little prince who will never remember it?

Excellent point! I really don't remember anything about my bedroom before the age of almost three. And even that is vague.
When I was five or six I shared a bedroom with my older sister. My dad painted it light blue and painted a huge rainbow on the wall.. it was really badass.

Mine was brigh yellow... with a bedspread that had blue and red balloons on it. I had a lamp that was plastic, and looked like a clown holding a big batch of balloons. My grandpap made me a little yellow rocking chair and mini-crib for my baby dolls.
I remember: Lots and lots of posters and pictures on the wall, brown furniture and a brown full length mirror, lots of stuffed animals, 2 closets, 2 windows (I carved my initials into one of the window sills when we moved), a bookshelf that always had stuff falling off of it, and a pink alarm clock.
Oh- btw, this was my elementary school room. The room I had as a baby and toddler- well, all I remember about that is yellow. Lots and lots and lots of yellow. LOL

My sister and I shared a room for 16 years ... and we're 16 mos apart.
Our room used to be a den, it had a step going down into it and had a door that was always locked (it never opened ever that I ever saw). There was brown wood paneling and rose-pink carpeting. We had blonde-wood colored furniture with little pink flowers on it. My sister had a pocahontas bedspread and I had a lion king bedspread.
We had a little Fisher Price kitchen set and lots of room for our dolls.
Darned if I know what color curtains we had though, lol.

Ya my elementary school room was all yellow. That's honestly the only thing I remember about it.
AH! Before the Disney bedspreads, my sister had a gold daybed with a frilly pink comforter set. I had a trundle bed that folded up under hers, so I didn't have a bedspread.

i don't remember my bedroom before i was 4 or 5. but that one was a magenta-ish color. my sister and i shared it and thought it was humongous. it was technically the bonus room. it had this little closet that had a miniature door that we used to pretend was a doll closet.
Pale pink walls, white furniture, bookshelves that were twice as big as I was, a makeshift window seat and most importantly thinking that my room was HUGE.
We moved when I was three, so I don't remember a thing about the one at our old house. ?My childhood room was two shades of blue with blue carpeting and a canopy bed that had pastel pink, blue, green comforter and matching curtains. Tons of Stuffed animals and horse posters.
?Funny, there is not ONE picture of my old room (We moved when I was 10). I only remember the bedspread because I recently ordered vintage linen scraps off of etsy to make a quilt and one was a scrap of my old bedding!
My baby/toddler room had yellow wallpaper with elephants on it, white furniture, and bunk beds. I only lived there until I was four, but I remember it pretty well, oddly.
I remember my queen size bed with pink bedspread with white lace on it. ?The wall that the bed was against had white wall paper with blue and pink flowers. ?Kind of country looking. ?I had all my cabbage patch kids lined up on the bed. ?My mom still has those cabbage patch kids somewhere in her house....

Yellow walls with white trim. curtains were rollup and made of bamboo. Bed was painted black. Had a big fishtank filled with goldfish and crawdads that stood on cinderblocks so I could see into it easier. A big wooden dresser with a tacky lamp (plaster with hand-painted turtles and ladybugs against a stump) and a wood and twine shade. the carpet was brown and gold and rust. I don't remember my sheets and bedspread though.
I remember almost everything! My first bedroom had a huge Winnie the Pooh painted on one wall. I even remember that my crib was dark brown, and I think my walls were yellow. But we moved from there when I was 5, and got all new stuff. The furniture I had until I was a teenager was oak, with a twin bed. Eventually I got a white metal daybed. At one point I had grass green carpet and flowered wallpaper. Yuck. When I got to re-do it myself, I had grey carpet and then a sun/ moon/ stars theme. Two walls were wallpaper... one a mahogany color and one a navy blue, both looking kind of sponge painted. The opposite walls were off white. The border had all those colors plus a darker green with moon and stars all over it. I had a black leather waterbed at that point and mirrored closets.

I was obsessed with green/purple! So, my mom sponge painted all four walls! It took her forever! Looked cool though! They just recently (last few years) finally painted over it!

My first bedroom had a wooden bunk bed set with a matching dresser, I shared it with my sister and then she went on to college. I later begged my parents for this scan-design trudle bed set. I also painted my room this hideous hot pink color, lol. It's still that color to this day, expect someone sponge painted over it to tone it down to a more terra cotta look. I still love that trundle bed set and it is still the type of furniture look I go for. Strange.
Not sure about the baby room I had. I am sure it wasn't a big deal and had all I needed. My parents scrimped by when I was a baby. As for my toddler/elementary room. Things were better for my parents money wise and I remember my mom putting up wall paper (I was born in '74 so wall paper was the thing). It was pretty bold. Ivory background with kind of stripes of flowers and designs in red...primary red. She made red shear curtains. I had a pretty kind of ivory eyelet bedspread with a little ruffle. I also had a book shelf that things kept falling off of. And a big Shasta Root Beer can that was a coin bank. It had so many coins in it. My dad would give me his change every night to add to my growing bank account.
