boys underwear is superior

So DD has both boys and girls underwear (she just HAD to have Thomas underwear and I have never found a girls version).

Anyway, I almost like it better when she chooses those for the day. . . she's still having some poop accidents (we've only been training for a week) and the boys underwear is thicker and has better coverage so I can usually get away without changing her pants. . . if it's girls panties, forget it. . . they're flimsy and creep up her butt and there's poop everywhere.

Of course, at school this week she had an accident and the teacher had to confirm with her that the Thomas underwear in her cubby actually belonged to her!

  • that's so sad that they start the whole "girls need to wear cute underwear" at such an early age. ?

  • It's so nice to have so much flexibility with girls.  Nobody will call you a weirdo for buying your DD boy underwear but if I got my boys pink princess panties, that'd be a problem :)

Ha ha! ?One time the only overnight pull-ups I could find in DS's size were the girly Disney princess ones. ?He looked hilarious in those pink pull-ups, but they worked!?
