Ok I need baby shower gift ideas!

I waited too long to buy off my friend's registry and now there's nothing left on it. I want to put together a basket of goodies she'll find useful. So far I have Mylicon, Gripe Water, and gel soothies for nursing.

What else?

    Maybe some fragrance free baby wash, a gift certificate so she can buy diapers and wipes, infant tylenol?

    Maybe one of those baskets they sell in the baby department at Target to put stuff in? I love mine.
