your babysitter? Your nanny (in your home or at their home)? Just trying to get an idea on a fair price to pay my mom, who's going to watch DC when I go back to work.

    We live in rural NC so we do not pay as much ($100/ week it just went up) but my friend who lives in Charlotte who has a lady come in and keep her little boy pays her $250 a week. They have very crazy schedules which includes working on the weekend and working till 1 or 2 in the morning so that is part of the reason.

    Around here, in home daycare is about $100 a week.  But I'm sure it's more for someone to come to your home, since they'll only be watching one child vs. a few.
