Do you love it or hate it? Our girl name..

I am loving this name, but I am afraid it is a little too uncommon. WDYT of Piper Finnegan W(lastname)? She would go by Piper and Finnegan is a family last name.

My thoughts on names are that I want something that is easy to read and pronounce but still has a little 'magic'?

I am ready for honest opions! Lay them on me!

It's cute! Liking it of not just depends on your style and how traditional you are (or aren't) but I don't *think* it's a name people will come in here and beg you not to use because it would harm your child. LOL

I imagine a really cute, spunky girl with the name Piper.

NMS. A little too "out there" for me. I do think it could be cute on a little red haired girl. I cannot imagine an adult named Piper. It sounds really cutesy.

LMS05- my DH has red hair, would love if she did too. But good point about cutesy vs grown up.

I agree with this! And my dh has red hair and my son is as blonde as they come, so don't expect your dd to have red hair because your dh does!

Love all of it! I knew a Piper in college (first one I'd ever met), and it didn't seem like a cutesy little girl name to me. I think it's cute for baby and it transitions to a great 'adult' name as well.
