  We went with Spa bedding by Glenna Jean.  Although I am having a girl, I picked out the bedding when we didn't know the sex.  I think it works well as neutral bedding and I love how modern it is.

  Restoration Hardware Baby has some prints in "silver sage" which is a sea foam green/aqua kind of color. Some prints incorporate beige and honey colors with the aqua. 

  Pottery Barn Kids has a sheep print right now that is completely neutral with whites, ivories, and light browns.

  I am not a big fan of most bedding sets if that is what you are looking for, but I love Gap's organic separate line.  They have a lot of cute stuff!

  Just wanted to second Gap's separates.  They have lots of cute options, including some great organic sheet sets, and their prices are reasonable.
