sort of a first tri-ish question, but rum cake does retain about half of the rum used in cooking it so depending on how much they use to start with, it does certainly have alcohol in it.
the thought hadn't actually crossed my mind to be concerned until my mom questioned it. mom's a worry-wart about everything, but it leads me to be curious what yall think.
