you still didnt answer my question woman..

  • My first reaction is MEDICATE ME!

    However...

When my friend gave birth she was chained to that bed.  I do not like this idea.  So it's something I plan on discussing with my doctor to great lengths when the time comes.

  • I would like to say natural because i have a HUGE tolerance for pain.  But I am in no way against medication.  I'd just have to see how it went.  My sluttyness allows my husband to tell me that my kid will probably come out without me even knowing. LOL. I didnt say that though.

the way i look at this way is that after birthing a 8lb 5oz baby jesus from my vagina i probably will want to be resting in the bed alot anyways... but I really dont think I could go natural.. i mean GOD, that shiz has got to hurt.. and I am such a wuss when it comes to down there pain, not that i have much experience in it.. but lord it makes me cross my legs each time I hear someone went/ is planning to go natural...

  • I want to be medicated to the max. I loved my epi when I had Wyatt and I had no bad experience with it. Darren did throw up when they put it in but that's because he watched and he hates needles. I have so much respect for the girls who do it natural but I just couldn't do it and I won't. That's what medicine is for...why suffer???

I feel exactly the same way when it comes to pain.  But I know a girl who had her baby naturally (no time for epi) and even though she definitely felt the pain during (obviously), 30 minutes later, she was walking around like it was no big deal.  So I think you feel the pain either before or after.  There surely is no way to get around it!

  • Haha, read my birth story in bio.  If I ever have another baby, I want to be medicated before 9.5 centimeters!

I would love to try to go natural in the tub/pool, but nothing like that is offered around here.

  • I want to go natural. I don't like the idea of being numb and not being able to move around. I want to be able to walk, or use a ball, or sit in a tub. I will do anything I can to go natural.?
