Well, I sneeze alot. ALOT. And I don't sniss (unless my bladder is SO full). So everytime I sneeze and don't sniss, I think of all the girls here that DO and I think to myself, "I have strong kegel muscles," and then I do quite a few just for fun.
Or, when DH reminds me - every couple of days or so. In our childbirth class, we got to view a birth video where the mother an episiotomy, and still managed to get 3rd degree tears. Of course it showed everything but the stitches, and DH cringed. Our instructor paused the video and said something like "This may not have been quite as bad if she remembered to do her Kegels!"
You would think I would remember a little better, but it didn't do much to inspire me... it did traumatize DH, though. Hahaha.
I was doing zero, but then I started getting freaked out when a friend told me about her problems with incontenence after she had her daughter. Yuck.
So, I've started trying to do them at night when I brush my teeth. I use a sonicare, so it has a 2 minute timer. I try to do them the whole 2 minutes. It's not much, but I figure it's better than nothing.
Only pain is I feel like I can't do them unless I'm sitting down. So I have to sit down on the side of the tub to brush my teeth. Which makes me feel like a weakling pregnant lady!
i always forget! My biggest fear is that I am going to massively tear too!
That's mine, too! It's what I fear the most about childbirth. I have interstitial cystitis, and in the words of my OB/urogynecologist, "the most sensitive urethra and bladder known to man."
So, my big fear is tearing upward toward or into my urethra, then having to recover from it. **shudder**

I have said this before and I will say it again?nope I do not do them for the fact that I don?t think that I am doing them right.
Go! Go! Your reminders are...well...pretty much the only time I remember to do them!
?
I do ten when Kim tells me to.
I used to not do any, but then I snissed once. Ewww...
I only do them when I see the reminder on here.
