    By far prefer Ella.  Sorry, but Bri sounds like a cheese and Briella sounds like another ridiculous made up name.

  I like Brielle and Ella better. People are always saying "choose the full name over the nick name" as a given name. But in your case, I say choose the nick name Ella!

  I agree with other posts-- Briella sounds a tad made up. I know that a lot of names are made up, so if you like it, then I think you should use it.  If not, I would go with Brianne.
