Ummm...
MH is throwing a mini-fit because I want to clean under the bed when I rent a steam cleaner for the rugs. He thinks we are going to break the bed by moving it.
I told him I'd like to clean under the best at least once a year, for crying out loud. Then he got even more upset with this idea and said "well, I guess we'll just have to buy a new bed in a few years if we are going have to move it once a year!"
Seriously, is it really asking that much to want to vacuum under the bed once a freaking year???

Dude, do you have pets? With the dog hair tumbleweed flying around my house, we have to clean under the bed at least every other week.
Even if you don't have pets, it's totally reasonable to want to clean your floors. Perhaps your H is just throwing a mini tantrum because he doesn't like to clean? Sounds like something I'd do, to be honest...
