  Maire is a cute Irish name that could sound cute with Quinn.

  I agree with the second poster about having something girly for a middle name.
  Here are some other random ideas:

  Quinn Michelle
  Quinn Rose (rose is too common!)
  Quinn Marie (same as above!)
  Quinn Lilliann
  
  I honestly think Quinn would be better as a MN. I think it is hard to find MNs for it, lol. Good luck!

  DH and I talked about Quinn for a girl, but we had it more as a middle name.  Some of the ones we talked about were Avery Quinn, Celia Quinn, Lucia Quinn, and Nicola Quinn.  Good Luck!

  I think it depends on your last name and the # of syllables, but definitely think it requires a very feminine name.

  We like Quinn for a girl and have a 2 syllable last name. I kept leaning toward 3 syllable middle names to go with it: 

  Quinn Elizabeth

  Quinn Josephine

  Quinn Katherine

  and then...Quinn Charlotte

  I wish I could help you. I am struggling with middle names myself. I just wanted to tell you I think Quinn is such a CUTE name for a girl! I wanted it myself, but my husband has a family friend with a son named Quinn so he vetoed it. Anyway, Quinn for a girl is much cuter!
