my co-worker is a sweets junkie. and usually i don't crave. i'm more into savory stuff over sweets. like if he put out a bowl of fries for us to eat then i'd be in a real hell. but today is my day 3 on south beach and an oreo sounds amazing, but i just can't have one..hence the big ass.

I just ate hummus!

But any benefit to that over a Cadbury egg is likely eliminated by the eggs, sausage and toast for dinner. . .
