New Here with a Question
Hi Everyone! My husband and I are on cycle 2 of TTC. I went off BC in Jan. and my cycles are all wacked. I know this is normal and I don't expect them to regualte any time soon, but I wanted to know if anyone has used the CBEFM and how it worked for them. I think I might wind up saving myself money in the long run instead of buying OPKs due to my long cycles right now. Anyone ever use it or have any advice as to what they think I should do? Also AF arrived this morning (day 49) if I buy the monitor today, can I use it starting tomorrow morning with FMU? I know you are supposed to use it on day 1 but I wasn't sure if that is like set in stone or something. Any help would be great! TIA!!

Welcome and good luck TTC. I never used the CBEFM but I did try the OPK. After wasting money and time because they never worked for me. My cycles were all over the place as well. I was going about 50-60 days between periods. Finally I went to a fertilty specialist and they don't recommend the ovulation kits because they are expensive and dont always work for poeple.
Have you thought about taking your temp? I know alot of girls say that works for them and it's alot cheaper. Just an idea.
Anyways, I really just wanted to say welcome and GL. You may also want to try posting this on the TTC page, those girls are really helpful.
