I cave and tested

and since Monday morning my tests have come back positve. They were immediately obvious with nice dark lines and the wonderful word Pregnant on the digital yesterday afternoon. Although I started spotting today, it's light and pink but I'm freaking out. I was cautiously enjoying the positves but I don't know what to think now. My beta isn't until Friday, and it seems so far away. I need to relax but I can't seem to do it. I wish I didn't worry so much, but I can't seem to stop.

I'm going to call the RE at lunch and see what they say. I wish this wasn't so nerve racking.

I haven't been able to stop thinking about you and wondered if you have tested. I have been spotting the whole time, sometimes bleeding and sometimes clots. It's impossible to stop worrying.

omg congrats!!!! i've been spotting off and on and on since 4dpiui. i talked to a nurse this morning and she basically said to chill out, that unless it's red blood and i'm cramping, it's completely normal.

Congrats! I am so happy for you. And try not to worry about the spotting. I had three days of heavy bleeding right around 4 weeks, and everything turned out ok. I read that up to 50% of IVF patients spot and/or bleed, so it is really common.

BFP?! That is fantastic! I know I would worry about light spotting too... but try to remember that plenty of people spot in the beginning and have perfectly normal pregnancies!

Even an MD will tell you that some people bleed. Try not to worry about it and just bask in the glory of your BFP!

Congratulations! I won't say not to worry because that's just impossible. I've had some spotting as well - and I will admit to inspecting my tp every single time I wipe, just in case. I'm not sure if I'll ever stop! lol

But I hope they do get your beta moved up for you - yaaaay!
