Update: My induction last night

It didn't happen! I went to the hospital at 6 pm, and I was having mild contractions on my own for most of the afternoon. My mw/np came in to talk to me and check me at about 9pm. I was still only 1 cm, but 80% effaced. The baby has dropped.

Since my blood pressure was good, and I told her pitocin makes me a little nervous, she left the decision up to me. I could go home and stay on bedrest for a couple more days, or we could start the cytotec and then the pitocin this morning. I opted to come home and see what happens naturally. I would rather do that and be on bedrest a couple more days than end up with a c-section due to failed induction. So I am going back in tomorrow night to try again!
