I've never peeled either. I used to cut grapes in quarters, but now I just cut them in half, unless they're really big ones. I've always given blueberries whole.

I used to cut and peel both since both are a chocking hazard when given whole ( yes, you can choke on a blueberry). Also, DS got his first two teeth only recently and really can't bite or chew them thoroughly. Now I just cut the grapes in half or in quarters and the blueberries I still cut in half otherwise he swallows them whole.
I can't imagine DD waiting long enough for me to peel grapes. She tends to stuff at least a half a grape in her mouth despite me quartering them, so now I slice length wise and chop the halves so there's at least a bit less grape in the handfuls she gathers. Haven't done actually blueberries yet.

No, but then my son isn't a fussy Roman emperor lying on a dais on a golden couch with scantily dressed slave girls fanning him all day.
He is, however, a wolverine-like eater who might start chewing on my leg if I took the time to peel a grape, or God help me, a blueberry. Seriously, after you peel the blueberry, what's left to hold the blueberry together?
I also don't take all the seeds off a strawberry before I give it to him, but I like to walk on the wild side that way.
No. DS generally spits the peels of grapes out, but I keep giving them to him anyway. I'd rather he be used to unpeeled fruit than to have to peel it for him all of the time.
Re: Do you peel grapes or blueberries?
I leave blueberries alone but cut grapes in half, lengthwise

ROFLMAO Lori!!!!!!!
I quarter big grapes, do not peel. I just give blueberries, as is. I can't imagine peeling a blueberry.

I do cut his grapes into pieces though.
