It was just as glamorous as you might imagine.

Louie Anderson was the host and I pleaded my mom and sisters to do it with me. I was the 1st player (team captain). We beat the other family, but didn't win the grand prize.
Louie reeked of booze and the producers were really cheap and made us return our name badges. They said we wouldn't get our prize money if we didn't give up the badges.
It was glorious nonetheless!
